We are seeking a Senior Country Growth Lead for Muscat, Oman to establish and accelerate our commercial presence in the Kingdom by opening doors, originating strategic opportunities, and driving long-term growth across TARGET DIGITAL'S full portfolio. The Role Represent TARGET DIGITAL across government, enterprise, and strategic institutions in Oman. Create and shape opportunities, identify market demand, and mobilise TARGET DIGITAL'S capabilities across priority sectors, including energy, healthcare, food security, logistics, smart cities, education, government transformation, and financial services. Key Responsibilities • Build senior relationships across government, regulators, royal initiatives, and major enterprises. • Originate transformation opportunities aligned with Oman's national priorities. • Develop a qualified pipeline and position TARGET DIGITAL at the concept stage of major programmes. • Structure partnerships with local, regional, and international organisations. • Connect opportunities with relevant TARGET DIGITAL business units and delivery models. • Provide market intelligence and convert early engagement into long-term strategic accounts. The Leadership Profile We're Looking For • Proven success in opening or expanding markets, preferably in Oman or the wider Middle East. • Experience originating and closing complex government and enterprise deals. • An established senior network across government, national institutions, and major enterprises. • A background in digital transformation, technology, AI, or infrastructure programmes. • Evidence of revenue growth, pipeline creation, and successful strategic partnerships. • Strong commercial judgement, executive presence, cultural fluency, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
