With over 30 years of expertise in digital transformation and technology leadership, Ali Ahmed Al-Mujaini founded TARGET Technologies Group in 2005 with a bold vision — to build the next great digital unicorn. Prior to TARGET, he spent 12 years in international leadership roles at Schlumberger, one of the world's largest oilfield services companies, spanning operations across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe. His deep industry knowledge and entrepreneurial vision have been instrumental in growing TARGET from a small consultancy into a multi-venture technology powerhouse with over 500 employees across multiple countries.

Muatasam Al-Raisi
Dr. Muatasam Al-Raisi brings over 30 years of experience in exploration and production to his role as Co-Founder and CEO of Oil & Gas operations. Holding a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of South Carolina, he has led TARGET's subsurface and professional services team since the company's inception in 2005. His expertise in geological analysis, resource development, and reservoir management has been foundational to building Target Energy Solutions into one of the region's most trusted digital energy platforms.

Ali Al-Jardani has been a driving force behind TARGET's operational excellence and market expansion for over two decades. With 28 years of experience in operations, sales, and client relations across the Middle East, he has played a key role in establishing TARGET's presence across multiple countries. His strategic contributions to major national initiatives — including Tatwir (real estate development), Tharawat (food security innovation), and Tawteen (workforce nationalization) — demonstrate his commitment to both business growth and national development.
